Your guide to long-lasting furniture

Polypropylene is a highly durable, lightweight material used in the creation of outdoor furniture such as chairs, tables, sun loungers, and planters. Known for its exceptional resistance to temperature changes, impact, friction, and humidity, it’s a practical choice for long-lasting outdoor use.

In addition to its strength, polypropylene furniture is easy to move and maintain—offering the ideal balance between functionality, convenience, and design.

Polypropylene

Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer that becomes flexible at high temperatures and hardens as it cools. It can withstand temperatures of up to 150°C without deforming or degrading, making it perfect for outdoor environments.

Manufactured through injection molding Melted plastic is injected into molds under pressure for consistent shape and strength.

Reinforced with fiberglass for added durability and structure.

UV-treated to resist sun damage and preserve color and finish over time.

Care Instructions

Routine Cleaning

Light Stains:
Mix neutral soap with warm water. Dampen a soft cloth and gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed.

Persistent Stains:
Use a sponge or soft scrubbing pad dampened with the same soap-and-water mixture. Rub gently and always in the same direction to avoid surface wear.

Grease Stains:
Moisten a cloth with a universal solvent (safe for plastics) and apply to the affected area. Keep the cloth slightly wet while gently rubbing.

Final Rinse:
Use clean water, preferably with a low-pressure hose, to rinse the surface. Allow furniture to air dry completely outdoors.

Seasonal Cleaning

If your furniture has been exposed to the elements for a prolonged period or unused for a season:

  1. Apply a mix of mild soap and clear water to the surface and let it sit for a few minutes.
  2. Use a pressure washer from a safe distance to clean the surface using sweeping motions.
  3. Wipe with a clean, dry cloth and allow to air dry fully before use or storage.

Tips:

-Avoid directing high-pressure water too close to the surface, as it can cause wear or minor damage.

-Do not use abrasive sponges, steel wool, or harsh chemicals.

-Store in a dry, ventilated space during extreme weather for extended product life.

-For best results, clean and inspect your furniture regularly, especially after exposure to salt air, pollution, or acidic rain.
